We dispatch all orders from our warehouse in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. We deliver to all 9 South African provinces and internationally worldwide. Local standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. International delivery timeframes and costs vary by destination — contact us for a quote. All deliveries are tracked.

Shipping costs for SA deliveries are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight and dimensions. You will always see the full shipping cost before payment.
International shipping costs depend on your country, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping method (air or sea freight). Because costs vary significantly by destination, please contact us before placing your order for an accurate international shipping quote. For large machinery, industrial equipment and oversized items, standard courier rates do not apply. We will contact you after your order is placed with a freight shipping quote. Your order will not be dispatched until you have approved and paid the freight cost.
For verified trade partners placing bulk orders locally or internationally, special shipping arrangements may be available. Please contact our team to discuss before placing a large order.

Once your payment has been received and confirmed, your order will typically be processed within 2–5 business days. Orders will only be processed after full payment — or where applicable, the required deposit — has been received and cleared in our account.
Processing time is separate from delivery time. For international orders, customs clearance time at the destination country is additional and outside our control.
Here is what happens from the moment you place your order to when it arrives:
You complete your order and payment. You receive an automated order confirmation email immediately.
We verify your payment. EFT payments may take 1–2 business days. Card payments are verified immediately.
Our warehouse team picks and packs your order, usually within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Your order is handed to our courier or freight partner. You receive a dispatch notification with your tracking number.
Your parcel is in transit. International orders may pass through customs — we will keep you informed.
Your order arrives at your address. Please inspect it promptly and contact us within 48 hours if there is any issue.
For most standard in-stock products, full payment is required before your order is processed and dispatched. For high-value, imported or custom-sourced products, a deposit arrangement may apply. The remaining balance is due prior to dispatch. For EFT payments, please use your order number as the payment reference and send proof of payment to contact@globalpacttrading.co.za.
Important: Deposits paid for imported or custom-ordered items are non-refundable once processing has begun.
Some products — particularly industrial machinery, specialised equipment and imported items — may require a manufacturing or sourcing lead time before they are ready to dispatch. Where a product has a lead time, this will be clearly stated in the product listing or communicated at the time of order confirmation. We will keep you fully informed at every stage.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number, courier name and a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to activate.
If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days of payment, please contact us at contact@globalpacttrading.co.za and we will investigate immediately.
Products including agricultural machinery, industrial equipment, generators and construction machinery require special freight handling. For these items, we will contact you after your order is placed to provide a freight shipping quote. Your order will not be dispatched until you have confirmed and paid the freight cost. For international freight, sea shipping is typically used for large items.
Tip: Contact us before ordering a large or heavy item for a shipping quote to your location — locally or internationally.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically attempt redelivery the next business day and hold the parcel at a local depot for 5–7 business days. If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery or an incorrect address, a redelivery fee will apply.
If your order arrives damaged, take photographs immediately and contact us within 48 hours at contact@globalpacttrading.co.za. If your parcel appears lost, contact us immediately — we will open an investigation with the courier. If confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak periods (December/January, Easter) allow extra time. International orders may experience additional delays at customs during peak periods.
